The PAVA Foundation is a US Based 501(c)3 recognized institution. Your support helps to keep the doors open to the PAVA Guatemala offices to provide assistance to villages in the Guatemalan highland in the areas. We continue to support the scholarship program to send young people to highschool, but our current focus to to begin building community learning centers through the use of Community Libaries. Support Lizzie's PAVA Marathon Fundraiser
Guatemala native, Lizzie Cone, works as a researcher in the Glaucoma Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. She has been successful fundraising for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society by running marathons for the past 8 years. Lizzie finds her motivation to run through her commitment to raise funds for those less fortunate. She also knows that Guatemala, although a very beautiful country, does not have means to help educate, feed and provide for all of its citizens. This year she will run for PAVA in the Berlin Marathon.
